Shipping policy

Delivery within the United States

Standard delivery is free. We currently accept orders for US delivery addresses.

Timing

• Order cut-off: 10 p.m. Eastern Time.
• Preparation: 1–3 business days, Monday–Saturday.
• Transit: approximately 5–7 business days, Monday–Friday.
• Total estimate: 6–10 business days.

Selected made-to-order or printed styles require another 4–5 business days of production; any applicable production time is shown with the item.

Tracking and delays

Your shipping email contains tracking details. Weather, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect estimates. If delivery is more than three business days overdue, contact us. For a shipment confirmed lost, you can choose a replacement or refund.

Changes and cancellations

Email within 24 hours to request cancellation. Cancellation is unavailable after dispatch or once production of a personalized item begins. This does not limit rights that apply when we cannot fulfill an order as promised.
