Refund policy

30-day returns and exchanges

Contact Hannah New York within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and unworn, with their original tags and packaging. Include proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email support@hannahnewyork.com with your order number and reason. Wait for authorization and the return address before sending anything back.

Costs and problems

You pay postage for a standard return. There is no restocking charge. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, send photographs of the item and packaging. For verified issues, we cover return postage and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refund timing

We inspect returned items and email the outcome. Approved refunds go back to the payment method used for the order within seven business days. Your payment provider may take longer to display the credit.

Exceptions

Gift cards and personalized or specifically made-to-order styles are excluded where stated on the product page. These exclusions do not remove rights relating to faulty or incorrect goods. For cancellation timing, see our Shipping Policy.
